Shipping policy

 Thank you for shopping with Tumbler Funatics! We take pride in every tumbler we make and want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  Where We Ship
  We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  Processing Times
  All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  - In-stock items: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
  - Custom & personalized items: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, as each item is made to order just for you.

  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  Shipping Rates & Delivery
  - Free shipping on all orders over $75.
  - Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75 and are calculated at checkout       based on your location and order weight.
  - Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  Order Tracking
  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

  Delays
  We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@tumblerfunatics.com and we will do our best to assist you.

  Wrong Address
  Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Tumbler Funatics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
